Confidentiality policy

General statement

Regen.me.uk aims to develop a unique relationship with our clients.

Management, staff and volunteers will have access to information that is personal and of a sensitive nature.

Staff and volunteers have contact with family members of their client and are likely to be the recipient of personal and private information.

It is important therefore that all individuals connected with Regen.me.uk is aware of the importance of confidentiality and that systems are in place to protect the confidentiality of information.

Management

All members, whether directors or senior staff should respect the confidentiality of both written and verbal information about Regen.me.uk, particularly relating to service users and family issues.  Information should not be discussed outside of the organisation and documents should be kept safe and secure at all times.

We will only share personal information about you or your child with another organisation if we:

• Have a safeguarding concern 
• Are required to by government bodies or law enforcement agencies
• Engage a supplier to process data on our behalf (eg; to take online bookings, or to issue invoices) 
• Have obtained your prior permission.
• Case studies (where permission of the client, the family has been granted) may be used as developmental tools and in training sessions.  These case studies will be kept anonymous and treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality.
